VT2 champion 2020 straight out of the box
Season 2020: with the new BMW 330i G20, Adrenalin Motorsport becomes VT2 champion of the Nürburgring Endurance Series at the first attempt, on the Mainhattan-Wheels Monte Carlo M.

Two Mainhattan-Wheels BMW 330i G20 in the NLS 2020
July 2020: the new Monte Carlo M motorsport wheel makes its debut at the test and set-up sessions. Developed with Adrenalin Motorsport, used by three racing teams in the 2020 season. Aerodynamically optimised spokes, double-drilled bolt pattern. The road version is announced.

PIXUM Team Adrenalin Motorsport: best BMW team at the 24-hour race 2019
June 2019: the partner team, with nine cars, wins the BMW M240i Racing Cup (#240, 39-second lead, 32nd overall, "What a Win" award) and class V4, plus 3rd place in V5 with the Porsche Cayman #140.

Projects that show what our machines can do.
Refurbishing truck wheels: CNC machining
May 2020: aluminium wheels from manufacturers such as Alcoa or Speedline save weight, increase payload and dissipate heat better. Their surfaces suffer in service. Polished and high-gloss compacted truck wheels are re-cut on our CNC lathe to within 1/100 mm and then resealed.

Porsche GTS wheel in Porsche Turbo look
August 2019: for the 911 (991) GTS, Porsche does not offer the Turbo S wheel in a diamond-cut finish. We do: the GTS wheels are diamond-cut and then fully acrylic coated, as in the original. Material removal is within 1/100 mm; the feed rate of 0.2 to 0.4 mm per revolution determines the cutting pattern. Hub face and bolt holes are masked before coating.

TASC 2019 in Düsseldorf
October 2019: at the trade fair for automotive glass, smart repair and vehicle detailing (11 to 12 October 2019, Areal Böhler, hall ABH, stand C28) we presented our current CNC solution for machining alloy wheels. Motto: "We cut live!"

June 2016: DLW and etabeta presented themselves with the support of Mainhattan-Wheels at the Reifen tyre fair in Essen.

May 2015: for the "7Down" project (VW Golf VII) we refinished wheels from Deluxe Wheels Deutschland to match the vehicle: neon green with a yellow accent ring.

Acrylic coating for compacted and polished wheels
February 2015: new acrylic powder clear coat seal for bare aluminium. High-gloss compacted and polished wheels become easy to clean, and brake dust cannot burn in.
