The services

What sets us apart from the wheel repairer around the corner

  • Everything in-house

Wet painting, powder coating and CNC diamond cutting under one roof in Dietzenbach. No subcontracting, no transport.

  • We are a wheel manufacturer ourselves

The machines on which your wheel is repaired are the same ones we use to produce our own alloy wheels. The quality standard is the same.

  • Access to original colours

As a manufacturer we have access to almost all original colours used by the wheel makers. Colour matching is never a compromise with us.

  • Inspection before every repair

Structural damage is not disguised. 3D laser measurement and crack test decide whether a wheel may be repaired.

  • Documentation and traceability

Every wheel is marked. Material removal, CNC program, measurement reports and colour codes remain available to you.

  • 2-year warranty

We give a two-year warranty on the durability of our surface coatings.

The process

The surface build-up is the same for every wheel, regardless of whether it is a repair or a new colour.

  1. 01

    Soft chemical stripping

The old coating is gently removed in the cold stripping bath, without heat and without aggressive blasting media.

  2. 02

    Blasting, fine grit

Fine blasting for an extremely smooth surface ready for coating. Oxidation and residual paint are completely removed afterwards.

  3. 03

    Masking

Hub face and bolt holes are masked so that mounting faces and centre bore remain dimensionally accurate.

  4. 04

    Powder primer

Epoxy powder primer as corrosion protection and adhesion base. On diamond-cut wheels, CNC cutting follows at this point.

  5. 05

    Colour

Powder coating, in several layers if required, or wet paint in the colour of your choice or the original colour.

  6. 06

    Clear acrylic powder coating

Sealing with transparent acrylic powder, matt or gloss. Exactly as in the manufacture of premium wheels.

Frequently asked questions

You will find more answers in our knowledge section.

Which types of wheel do you process?

Alloy wheels from all major car brands, motorcycle wheels and multi-piece wheels. Steel wheels and chrome wheels on consultation. We specialise in wheels from 18 to 24 inch.

Can cracks be repaired?

No. Cracks, severe deformation and material removal above 0.5 mm are structural damage. For safety reasons, welded wheels should no longer be used on the road. We inspect your wheel and tell you honestly if replacement is the better solution.

Can I have my original colour back?

Yes. As a wheel manufacturer we have access to almost all original colours used by the wheel makers. We do not charge extra for a colour change as part of a repair.

How long does the work take?

On average 1 to 2 working days. CNC diamond cutting and multi-layer powder coatings can take slightly longer.

What does it cost?

Powder coating €175, complete repaint €250, CNC diamond cutting €250, run-out repair €150, each per wheel including VAT. All details on the prices page.

Send us photos of your wheels.

An overall view and close-ups of the damage, number of wheels and inch size are enough for a first assessment.
