OPT2WORK: planning, control and documentation of wheel refurbishment.

OPT2WORK brings the complete ERP functions a wheel refurbishment business needs: master data for customers and suppliers, quote to invoice, open items and dunning, payments, production planning, purchasing and stock management. The software can be adapted without programming (custom fields, free database tables) and remains update-safe. Interfaces: customisable export and import, DATEV export, article import from wholesalers. Automation tasks convert orders to the next step or send status e-mails.

• Order intake with all wheel data: size, offset, base colour, wheel manufacturer, tyre size and make, accessories; automatic traceability code, for example as a Data Matrix
• Processing variants for efficient batching; filtering and sorting per workstation, e.g. powder department by colour and due date, or CNC by AMG wheels to be diamond-cut
• Time management and priorities with automatic customer notification when dates change
• Set status manually or by scanner: tyre removal, tyre fitting, stripping, blasting, wet painting, powder coating, CNC machining. Automated status notification to the customer, live status for example on your own website

• Documentation of all steps: CNC program, infeed, paints, run-out reports; the wheel history
• Defined problem workflows, for example for faulty coatings, with automatic customer notification
• Quality management with rating, comment and employee; quality thresholds per customer trigger automatic rules, for example an e-mail to management or service management

OPT2CUT interpolates the measured points fully automatically and smooths the contour in real time. Sub-areas, such as the damaged rim lip, are re-cut more deeply than the rest; this reduces overall material removal. Captured contours can be extended towards the centre or the rim lip (horizontal approach to the lip), and probe points moved, deleted or added.

OPT2DOC documents all work tamper-proof as a safety record. Any values and documents can be stored per work step: contours, infeeds, machine numbers, part numbers, manufacturers, photos, colour codes, paint manufacturers, curing temperatures, film thicknesses, measurement reports, customers, employees, branches, date and time. Material removal capture compares the original and cut contours via a difference function with evaluation. OPT2DOC PRO

Guided wheel intake with the customer on PC, tablet or smartphone: photos, quotes, additional items, appointments, digital signature and notification preferences. Photo documentation before, during and after; compare, mark up, send. Output documents with your own layout, logo and watermark.

OPT2BURN evaluates oven measurements and works with all common oven measuring systems. Presets for batch oven and conveyor oven, electric, oil or gas. Paint types with any curing parameters freely definable; table printout with temperature, time and degree of cure in a free print layout; graphical and numerical analysis; any number of sensors; automatic detection of oven start, timer delays. We use OPT2BURN to carry out the loaded oven measurement for every customer line.

OPT2COLOR assigns wheel paints by part number or vehicle model, with pictures of the wheels. Results include the complete coating system (primer, colour, clear coat, tinted clear), processing notes and user experience reports. Customers who enter their own wheel and paint data use the database free of charge; the data is checked by our coating team.
