Wheel repair · Restoration
Old love does not oxidise.
Classic wheels carry decades-old layers of paint, oxidation and corrosion beneath the surface. We rebuild them from the ground up: in the original colour or to your wishes, with a coating system that lasts longer than the original.

How we restore
Restoration is the combination of repair and refinishing.
- 01
Soft chemical stripping or gentle blasting
Old layers of paint and oxidation are removed in the cold stripping bath or by glass bead or sand blasting with a fine grit, gently on the material.
- 02
Inspection
Visual inspection, laser measurement and crack test where required. Run-out errors are straightened to within tenths of a millimetre.
- 03
Powder primer
Epoxy or polyester powder primer, baked. It forms the permanent corrosion protection.
- 04
Faithful original colour
Wet paint or powder coating in the original shade. Polished rim lips and barrels are CNC diamond-cut or high-gloss compacted.
- 05
Transparent powder coating
The clear acrylic powder layer permanently seals primer and colour.

Multi-piece wheels
On two- and three-piece wheels, defective parts can be exchanged for the parts specified by the manufacturer, under the wheel manufacturer's assembly conditions. Outer barrels are polished or diamond-cut, centres painted or powder coated, bolts renewed. We also take care of removing and refitting the tyres as well as laser-guided measuring and balancing as part of the restoration.
Prices for the restoration and repair of multi-piece wheels are quoted after inspection.
Your classics deserve the full rebuild.
Send us photos of your wheels. We will tell you what is possible and quote the price.
