Our trainers work every day on the machines they teach. After the training you are immediately able to earn money with the machine. And if something goes wrong, spare parts, replacement machines and service technicians are available throughout Europe.

Training
All training packages
Prices net plus VAT, as per the respective configurator. Training takes place as individual training, no group classes, ideal for up to 2 participants.

What is taught beyond the machine
The aim of every training course is to spare you years of work and setbacks.
CNC
Incoming inspection and checking of wheels, cleaning before and after CNC machining, coating of diamond-cut surfaces, costing and marketing. After 1 to 3 days you cut all wheel types yourself.
Powder
Pre-treatment of wheels, material supply with powders and consumables, dealing with defects and faulty coatings, costing and marketing. Staff are ready to work after 1 to 2 days.

For buyers of our machines we provide two video-on-demand collections on Vimeo: Promotion with product presentations and Support with training and support videos in 4K. Customers receive a personal promo code on request for free use; without a code, the prices listed there apply. A PDF guide to using Vimeo free of charge is supplied with the code.
Our aim is to spare our customers years of work and setbacks. We do this by transferring our know-how from 20 years of wheel refurbishment during the CNC training and the support that follows.
Questions about training and support
How quickly are staff ready to work after purchase?
CNC: after 1 to 2 days of basic training, 3 days with the intensive course. Powder: after 1 to 2 days. Straightening: after a 2-hour induction, 8 hours with training.
Does the training take place at your premises or ours?
The training is part of commissioning; commissioning on site costs €300 plus travel from Frankfurt am Main. Demonstrations take place in the demonstration centre in Dietzenbach.
What happens in the event of a breakdown?
24-hour spare parts service, replacement machines and service technicians throughout Europe. With the support package you can reach the hotline for 12 months.
How long is the warranty?
1 year as standard, optionally 2 years (+€500) or 3 years (+€1,000).
