Developed for our own needs
Our machines are created first for our in-house wheel refurbishment. Only what meets our own quality and cost-effectiveness requirements goes into series production. Ideas from daily operation flow into machines and software at short notice.
Demonstration centre in Dietzenbach
You can see all machines in use here, not in a showroom but in ongoing operation. During a demonstration you can also see the other machines in action afterwards.
Certified research and development
All machines are developed entirely in-house, from the idea to the market-ready solution. The German research allowance certification body (BSFZ) has awarded us the BSFZ seal for this.
Reference from wheel production
The CNC-MW28H is used, for example, by the manufacturer etabeta in wheel production. Other manufacturers also rely on our machines in their production.
Training, support and financing
A machine is only as good as the workshop that uses it. That is why training and support are part of every package.
Training from wheel professionals
The trainers work on the machines themselves every day. CNC: after 1 to 3 days of training you cut all wheel types yourself. Powder: staff are ready to work after 1 to 2 days.
Fully set up
Installation, commissioning and set-up on site; for powder lines including a loaded oven measurement with software-based curing analysis.
Support, service, maintenance
24-hour spare parts service, hotline and support for 12 months (€365), replacement machines and service technicians throughout Europe.
Hire purchase from €400 per month
Professional CNC lathes are available for immediate delivery and can be financed by hire purchase from €400 per month.
Warranty of your choice
1-year warranty as standard, 2 years for +€500, 3 years for +€1,000.
Know-how beyond the machine
Incoming inspection of wheels, cleaning, coating of diamond-cut surfaces, material supply, costing and marketing are part of the knowledge transfer.
