The prices are average prices for rebuilding the entire wheel, with a surface finish identical to the manufacturing process. We prepare a binding quote after inspecting the wheels here on site.

- All prices are average prices including 19% VAT. We can only submit binding quotes after inspecting the wheels to be processed.
- Prices for high-gloss compaction, repair of multi-piece wheels, wheel stripping, blasting and motorcycle wheels on request. Motorcycle wheels require more masking work; the price depends on the shape.
- For CNC diamond cutting the price depends on whether only the diamond-cut areas or also painted or powder coated areas are damaged. Two-layer systems are cheaper than three- or four-layer systems.
- A colour change as part of the repair incurs no additional costs. Combination discounts are available for CNC diamond cutting with powder coating or wet paint.
- 2-year warranty on the durability of our surface coatings.
Wheel inspection
Car and motorcycle wheels, per wheel including 19% VAT. Laser measurement with 1/100 mm measuring accuracy.

Fair repair: if an inspected wheel is subsequently repaired by us, we offset the cost of the laser measurement against the repair price. Laser measurement is only possible without a tyre fitted; for complete wheels, fitting costs apply. Complete wheels by appointment only, loose wheels at any time without an appointment. Motorcycle: run-out check from a 43 mm centre bore diameter.
Tyre service
Tyre removal, tyre fitting and laser balancing as part of wheel refurbishment, per wheel including 19% VAT.

Standard: delivery usually within 1 to 3 working days. Premium: collection from your home and return delivery. Deluxe: suitable shipping boxes in advance, collection and return delivery. For complete wheels we need the tyre size; in individual cases shipping is by freight forwarder at different costs. Pick-up and delivery service Rhine-Main: free from 2 wheels up to 10 km, from 4 wheels up to 25 km, from 8 wheels up to 50 km. Smaller quantities on request.
Questions about prices
Why is there no fixed-price quote by e-mail?
Because the price depends on the original surface build-up and the condition of the wheel. With meaningful photos we can give a very good estimate; the quote becomes binding after inspection on site. Many customers from the Frankfurt area simply drop their wheels off for this.
What does painting a wheel cost?
A complete repaint costs €250 per wheel including VAT. Straightforward powder coating is €175.
Do trade customers receive a discount?
Yes. For recurring orders, volume-based discount tiers apply, which are usually renegotiated annually.
