Every wheel has a file.
Before work begins, every wheel is marked. From then on every step is documented: material removal, CNC program, 3D measurement reports, materials, colour codes, coating processes. That is the basis of our warranty.

Three commitments
Results in OEM quality
Repaired wheels are processed in the same state-of-the-art facility in which the surfaces of new wheels are finished, with the same materials.
Safety inspection of every wheel
Repaired alloy wheels go through inspection procedures such as 3D laser measurement to rule out any impairment of safety-relevant areas. Structural damage is not repaired.
100% traceability
All processing steps are documented exactly. We make data and reports available to you on request, for private and business customers alike.

- Material removal during CNC diamond cutting and the CNC machining program used

For trade customers with recurring orders, the documentation is the basis for claim security and repeat orders in exactly the same shade.
Order status
Every wheel passes through four stages: intake, processing, inspection, completion. Our workshop software logs every step. You can obtain the current status of your order on request by phone or e-mail, quoting your customer or order number, without a customer account. Trade customers with regular orders receive status updates automatically.
Warranty
We give a 2-year warranty on the durability of our surface coatings. This is possible because every finish is rebuilt completely: stripping, blasting, powder primer, colour, acrylic powder clear coat. The warranty covers adhesion and durability of the coating with proper care. New mechanical damage, such as kerb contact, is excluded.
